Karin was very professional and personable. She worked on my lower back during three appointments and was able to get me moving again within a short period of time. She did an excellent job!

I came in wearing an office dress, so most of the checks were not convenient for me. For the other physio clinics I went to before, they usually have temporary pants for the clients to change into, or at least they would send a reminder about the clothing. If your clinic has done any of these, then the awkward situation could have been avoided. Moreover, my therapist did not really give me much good suggestion. I went back to my previous therapist for a second opinion and she quickly identified the real cause of the pain in my sole.

I won't visit your clinic again for the above two reasons.
