I have purchased from lily who on a number of occasions and always found the jewellery beautifully packaged and of great quality.
On my last purchase it was delayed due to manufacturing delays. But I was emailed by a lovely lady called Tara who assured me it would be there in time to post to my daughter in Australia, which it was and it came beautifully boxed up along with a little gift for the Inconvenience. I thought the customer care was excellent as was the beautifully boxed pieces I purchased.

Very happy with the product, reasonable with black Friday discount, chain was shorter than I realised more of a choker than a necklace so disappointed with length but still pretty. Only wore once so not sure what way it tarnishes with makeup etc. Would purchase off again.

I have be buying from Lilywho for over two years, the pieces have become my go to for gifts my relatives and friends and they always go down a treat, I have several pieces myself also. The gold plated pieces are fabulous quality, don’t fade or tarnish. I have recently purchased a watch, which is also lovely quality and looks far more expensive than it’s price. I only just discovered the men’s watch range and have bought one for my nephew, he loves it. I have never been disappointed with the many purchases I have made from Lilywho and it is great to be able to support Irish.

Bought two different necklaces and paid extra for packaging. When they arrived I had to open one up as there was no indication on the outside as to what they were. Disappointed.
