Delighted with my gold personalised name necklace, the chain is sturdy which is great (as I had one before from a different jeweller and the chain snapped) Customer service were very good to deal with also. Highly recommend Lilywho & will definitely be making future purchases!

Shocking Service!!
Shocking Service!! I ordered a necklace at the start of December as a Christmas present and it didn’t come until the second week in January, I only live about 20mins from their shop which I didn’t know at the time which made it worse. After numerous phone calls I kept getting told “We will get back to you”. And never once said sorry for delay or offered anything back. Won’t be using them again

We have looked into this and our records show that your order was dispatched by our team on the same day your order was placed, 16th of December. Unfortunately, the delay occurred with our courier, as they were dealing with huge parcel volumes during the busing period. We are following this up with our courier company and have asked for an investigation to be opened into why there was a delay with your parcel.

I am in love with the rose gold personalised chain I got. So dainty and pretty....I have had so many compliments. I also ordered another chain and earrings which were also fab . The quality is 10/10 and so reasonably priced, i would highly recommend....you won't be disappointed.
