In 2008 our founder Henrietta started making food from scratch at her kitchen table in London for her Border Terrier Lily. All because she really, really loved her. That love for our pets started Lily’s Kitchen and still keeps us going today.
Pets are family and they deserve proper food
But what is proper food? Proper food means nutritionally complete recipes made by experts, labelled honestly, using ethically sourced natural ingredients. No meat meal, no additives and no cheap fillers. Just fresh meat, delicious veg, and herbs and botanicals that support your dogs’ and cats’ health so they can concentrate on sitting on laps, shoulders and heads, demanding walkies, 6am breakfasts and knocking things over with their tails ‘by accident’ – or so they claim.

In the last 6 months we’ve donated over 28,000 meals to dog and cat shelters and we’re not stopping there. We’re always working on ways we can partner with charities of all sizes to help in any way we can, be it fundraising, donations or rolling up our sleeves and volunteering our own time.

From the way we work to improve our packaging (which is nearly all compostable or recyclable) to the cleaning products we choose for our office. Every decision has the planet at it’s core.

My dog, Luna, loves Likys Kitchen dog food. There is such a wide range of dog food and I love that there are so many flavours to try for your pet and the prices are very reasonable compared to the same products on sale at the supermarkets. The value is phenominal and delivery is speedy. I wont be buying my dog food from the supermarket again with such a wide selection directly from the manufacturer. I highly recommend this company for first class service.

Disappointed
Firstly, it’s important to note that this review is based on my most recent order of wet food trays.
I’ve given two stars because, on this occasion, several of the trays contained unpleasant-looking black, pea-sized pieces when opened. I’m not sure whether the trays were not sealed correctly during manufacturing, causing the meat to spoil, or whether this is considered normal. However, as a regular customer, I’ve never seen this before.
In total, I’ve had to throw away four trays. I’ll continue to purchase online, particularly when the 30% discount code appears in my emails, but this order was disappointing.

Simply the best
My dog just loves Lily’s Kitchen dry and wet dog food, any flavour. He is a happy and healthier dog on Lily’s.

Bad packaging...
I am somewhat disappointed and annoyed re the packaging and its not the first time. Four boxes arrived two large and two small. The way they were packed completely damaged the box of Breakfast Crunch biscuits box. The Chicken Jerkky was either one or two packets short (how on earth don't know as they come in their own box. But to send 4 boxes when this could have been lessened is unbelievable. I am not happy Lilys Kitchen.

Very helpful staff member who dealt with my complaint. The replacement chicken nibbles are perfect nice and soft. My puppy is very pleased. The delivery was quick and they were well packaged. Great company with lovely products.
