Just got my third set -nothing else works for me now I've slept in silk!
Cut & finish are superb.
First white pair I crucified by throwing the in the washing machine. They've partially recovered now I use woolwash by hand & hanger them to dry & they don't need ironing. Second white pair look good as new after washing same way.
Latest set is navy and they are delicious!
Sunday mornings I don't want to get dressed, just lounge around like a movie star.
By the way, only my second order appears in my account!
Colour is not as nice as the photo
I really dont like the colour of this jumpsuit. It says safari green but it's more like a dirty swamp.

Attention! There are Artikels, which is not possible to return or change, for example trousers and shoes. They a totally another size system. If it doesn't fit you, you can not get a new one! It is not a common condition as other companies.

I ordered a pink bow -tie neck silk blouse. It is stunning, exceptional quality and arrived very quickly. The silk has a lovely handle and is thick enough that it is not see-through.
I tried to redeem my points towards the purchase, but it did not work. I emailed the company and Alice manually added the discount. The blouse was in the sale too, so I am very happy with the purchase and the customer service.

I would have liked to put 5 stars, but bear with me. I bought a lovely silk shirt for petites, and the measurements were perfect. It arrived even earlier than expected, and the packaging was top-notch! I worked for years for a very well-known luxury brand in the UK, so I can recognize quality when I see it. And both the item and the attention to detail in the packaging are worth the price. I removed one star as I wanted to know if they could personalize a pair of trousers, as my bust is short and the trend now is to have just high rise, which goes to my armpits. I sent a message via the website and also via email directly, and they didn't even open the email or reply (after 1 week, when they claim they reply within 24 hours). This poor customer service experience is not acceptable for such a brand. Pity as they lost one (quite expensive) sale, and if they are usually like this, I bet many other sales.

Recently bought Viola Oversized Silk Pajama For Women worth 220 euros when I received my order I was extremely disappointed at the quality of the material really thin and cheap material, the stitches very weak, not worth anywhere near the price tag, they are promoting, high end quality silk however I found it very poor and very disappointing

I was genuinely excited to place a large order with LILYSILK, expecting quality and a premium experience. What I received was the exact opposite.
The package arrived damaged, and when I opened it, most of my order was missing. Instead of the full delivery, I received only a few items and was left confused, disappointed, and honestly shocked.
What made this even worse was the customer support experience. I had to explain multiple times what was missing, despite already providing clear information from the beginning. It felt exhausting and incredibly frustrating, as if no one was truly listening or taking responsibility.
On top of that, they are refusing to issue a refund and are not actually handling my request. Instead, they keep asking more and more questions without providing any real solution. It feels like I am being dragged in circles rather than helped.
This was supposed to be something I was looking forward to, especially with an upcoming trip, and instead it turned into a stressful and disappointing situation.
For a brand that positions itself as premium, this level of service is simply not acceptable. This experience has completely broken my trust, and I would think twice before ever ordering again.
