Total rip off!

Purchased a premium bouquet for my nieces 21st and was bitterly disappointed with the amateurish, messy arrangement delivered. Total waste of money! I provided them photos and feedback and have never heard from them again. Avoid this business!

Amount of actual flowers

The ordering, customer service & delivery was wonderful. However, I'm slightly disappointed with the amount of flowers for $145.00 3 roses, 3 gerbras & 3 lillies with a lot of filler?? I thought there would be more actual flowers in the arrangement? Overall it was pretty, just disappointed with the amount of flowers in the arrangement. 🤷🏿‍♀️

Go elsewhere

Wrong flowers delivered
Its false advertising on their part, as we paid a large amount of money for the flower arrangement we ordered online and didn't get it delivered just got some;
No colour or green plants just a boring native plants with 3 proteas.
If they carnt supply what customers order on line
from their photos Why not contact that customer & explain or give them a refund.
WE are very disappointed with their response to us.

Very disappointed in the so called…

Very disappointed in the so called bouquet delivered to my son's Nana for Mother's Day. Believed we were getting the bunch in the picture and when we complained was told no you received the deluxe so here is 6 dollars back. Someone pls tell me how this $100+ delivery on Mother's Day ended up being five short stem flowers thrown together with no care. Will never ever go through this site again.

My order was not delivered on the day I…

My order was not delivered on the day I selected and paid for. No phone call and I still dont dont if they have been delivered. More communication is needed and I feel I should have a full refund as there is a guarantee for same day delivery. This was a sympathy gift and I could have used another company had I known lily's could not handle the job on the day required.

Was accidentally charged twice

Was accidentally charged twice, by the business, but honesty from the company owned up, and refunded the extra payment. I did ask for delivery to side door, but was delivered to front door, never used. Didn’t know about their arrival until I phoned and advised her of them being there. Flowers were beautiful

Not that great 🤷‍♀️

This florist advertises bouquets that when you send them they have 75% filler flowers Ana maybe 2-4 actual flowers you can see. $150 later for something that doesn’t even have $150 worth of flowers in it. Sorely disappointed. Looks nothing like the photo shows e.g. the amount of actual flowers.

Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of Mother’s Day Flower Order



I placed an order for the Lavenda flower arrangement for my mother from Lily’s Florist on Saturday, with delivery scheduled for 10th May to celebrate Mother’s Day.

Unfortunately, there was no option to specify a delivery time during the ordering process. As a result, I called at approximately 12:00 PM today to follow up on the status of the order. I was asked to provide my details so a florist could return my call, even though my contact information had already been included in the order.

After waiting for over an hour without any feedback, I called again and spoke with Kay, who did not know about my initial complaint or follow-up. I found this very concerning, as it reflects poor internal communication and complaint-handling procedures. I then had to repeat the entire issue and provide my details once again.

Another hour later, I spoke with Karen, who also informed me that a florist would call me back. As of 4:00 PM and over an hour later, I still have not received any communication, and more importantly, my mother has still not received the flowers.

I called again at 7 pm, and there was no response.
I paid USD 86.94. And I want a full refund.

Thank you, Lily's Floral, for such poor service and ruining my surprise. I hope no one orders from you because you're thieves and i will report you

Not worth the money

For the money I paid for a bunch of flowers, there was more paper than flowers. I chose the Mother’s Day bunch which was up to the florist choose what was in season and I don’t think it was worth the money. Very disappointing

Don’t order from here!

Ordered a full bouquet with roses and received 2 gerberas and daisies padded out with ribbon. Absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommend this florist to anyone. Total rip off. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Disappointing.....

Very disappointed with the size of the bunch for the money. I could have got better at a supermarket....also disappointed with the very small card.
Flowers were fresh, wrapped nicely and delivered with no problems, but l'm afraid l won't be back.🫤
