Good items at good prices
Good items at good prices. Very good communication and fast delivery and no problems! One item of three had to be returned because did not fit although all three were the same size 16? No hassle. Overall excellent five star outfit. Thank you.

I love the clothes especially on sale…
I love the clothes especially on sale as I am now retired! Don’t like the Shop intervention, just another sales pitch, doesn’t improve the delivery service which was good without it and it makes the transaction unnecessarily complicated with no added value

I have been buying Lily Ella clothes…
I have been buying Lily Ella clothes for a long time and was upset to learn that they have ceased trading. I have bought quite a few items and the outlet department was excellent as always to deal with.
They are one of the few companies who provide elegant clothes for mature women.

Basically I got some beautiful garments…
Basically I got some beautiful garments at very good prices, which makes me fear for the company's future. The service was superb, efficient and prompt, and the clothes are very good fabrics and well made. They are mostly an excellent fit, but not altogether, hence the 4 Star rating. I am not returning anything when the prices are so low. I can find good homes for the ones that aren't quite right, either for size, or just don't look right. Lily Ella is a little bit different from other catalogue clothes suppliers and I hope it can survive in this competitive world.

Very good, quick service, unfortunately some of the garments weren't suitable. Only complaint, is I have to pay the postage to return them to Lily Ella, most companies give free postage.
