I first purchased a watch and it was delivered promptly. Unfortunately I didn’t like the watch and sent the watch back whilst ordering a replacement which I like very much. Lilienthal were very helpful at every turn and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another watch from them. I might add that I have Omega. Longines and Tissot watches but I do like my Llilenthal.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Lilienthal Berlin’s customer service. My father’s watch stopped working, and I contacted them to request a return label so it could be sent for repair. Instead of providing the correct label, they issued one for the wrong country.
Since then, I have followed up multiple times over several days, yet I still have not received the correct return label. Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, making it impossible to proceed with the repair.
This level of service is unacceptable. A simple request has turned into a frustrating and time-consuming process, with no resolution in sight. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Watches are great….BUT delivery changes from your original order! 2 weeks ago I placed an order….it was confirmed with an available! And delivery 4 to 8 business days.
THEN I noticed every watch for the UK was on back order…in English this means OUT of STOCK.
I am Now an ex customer….I was never given a date to expect my Order
Look elsewhere….unless you want to wait…and wait again..

OK, so it's a bumpy ride so hold on tight! On 3rd Jan I ordered a watch. I immediately received an email which said to expect delivery between 5 - 8 working days. After 8 working days, and having heard nothing, I sent a message via the website asking what was happening. After 1 day, I received an email telling me to wait another 2 weeks to end Jan... So, I waited another 2 weeks and messaged again via the website. After a further 2 days, they told me to wait another month to end Feb, or cancel my order, or opt for a different watch strap. I chose the latter and after a further week I received my watch. The box was grubby with dirty fingerprints, the watch was in a crumpled heap at the bottom, the watch is a bit sharp around the edges, the date setting doesn't work so I set it via winding the time through 24 hrs multiple times, and the luminescence of the hands is invisible. However, am I happy and would I order again? Well, despite the above, in retrospect, I am, and I would. If they'd just had better communication from the start by stating that it was out of stock, and offered the alternative immediately, I would have been much happier. The watch looks great and in line with its pictures, it has a 2 year warranty and work colleagues keep commenting positively on it's appearance. It's so distinctive that I'd consider buying another one of a completely different colour... but, unfortunately, I can't completely shake the fact that I was contemplating seeking s75 protection from my credit card provider. I do like my watch so a 4 star review is pulled put the bag. Good luck!

I ordered a Chronograph Blue Orange - mesh blue watch from Lilienthal Berlin.
My overall experience has been very positive with Lilienthal Berlin, including the online ordering process, the on time delivery and also the watch itself.
Before ordering the watch I read all the reviews, so I knew what I was expecting. Unfortunately, some of the negative comments regarding the watch proved to be correct - the illumination function is very week and it was designed with somewhat sharp edges (compared to my other watches).
Nevertheless, I still love this watch. This is very elegant and stylish, I didn't regret the purchase at all!

Unfortunately having previously given a glowing review for quality, I must now give the exact opposite for customer service. Having bought the two for one deal in December I realised in January that the stopwatch on one of them did not work as a button was stuck. Having emailed customer service I was then given a lesson on how to operate my watch. Seeing as how I have 4 chrongraph watches, I do know when a button is stuck. I then had to take a picture of said stuck button before I could get paperwork to return said watch. I must say that the replacement arrived very quickly, however this one's watch function did not work at all and also the hand did not even reset properly on the stopwatch function. This watch was not new, has scratches and the strap has been altered. Once again tried to contact customer services on numerous occasions, only once again to be told how to use a stopwatch. I bought these watches as a memento from money left by my Sister who passed away last year. It is beginning to leave a rather sour taste.

Still trying to figure out where I actually stand.
Original order processed incorrectly, not all items received (even when order was wrong) , unclear if getting a refund or if I need to reorder what I actually want. Was advised to reorder desire item, it is now low longer available. Is there something wrong with your email / service system ???

Bought the Meteorite chronograph with the Steel band.
It's a very handsome watch except for the hands appear wider and the date appears wider in the promotional photos. The date is difficult to read.
But, an elegant design.
I bought a Lilienthal Berlin watch for my husband's birthday. He was thrilled by the gift, loved the minimal look and the quality materials it is made from. The watch in my opinion is also a jewellery, helps to express yourself and adds some extra to the look. The watch I bought is also works wonderfully, it is accurate. My husband has it almost a year ago, the battery is still working, there wasa no need to change the battery yet.
I made an order but 2 weeks after that I never received a tracking number or order confirmation.
I have approached their customer service with a simple question: what is the delivery service they use and when will the tracking number be available. I received a very polite but complete useless reply. So I asked the same questions again. They replied and said that a they do not have the wrist band color I have ordered, and so they offered me two solutions: 1)send the product in February 2025, or send it immediately with a blue wrist band they have available at the moment.
I decided to take the immediate delivery option with the newly proposed blue color wrist band.
After a week or so the clock arrived with a complete different color of the band, but not only…. The clock was not working. …..
I send another mail to CS addressing the not working clock, but I only received an Standart email to address the complaint to a specific link. …
So I was completely disappointed with the service and the product.
I decided to own the risk of voided warranty and visit a local watch repair service with hope that the root cause of the problem will be a drained battery.
Well hopefully it was drained battery and upon change of the battery the clock finally worked.
UPDATE: customer service contacted me and we have resolved all issues. So I am happy to share that I am ok with everything. They were very professional and fast in resolving the issues I faced in the beginning
