Scam & falsely advertised!

These people are a scam! The quality of these products are horrendous and not even worth £10!!! Please don’t make the mistake I made and buy from them, do your reviews first! They change their name all the time to catch people! I bought this exact jacket and it took forever to get to me, pathetic fabric and zip quality and if you want to send it back you realise it came from china and it’s your cost to send back which is more than the darn jacket itself! Do not buy from them ⚠️

Poor quality from China

This is not a London Company the goods are shipped from China and not the same quality as in the photo. The Marietta Jacket is so poor quality and cheap and the sizing is small. The returns are to China at your own cost. Avoid this company

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They are not a family run London based company. Items are sent from China. Bought a coat and when it arrived it was a cheap knock off of the one on the picture.

They wouldn’t let me return for a full refund, originally offered my 10% after complaining g twice more they offered 35% or an item up to the same value. I hat does that tell you.

AVOID!!!

Fraudulent company

Received a coat with a broken zipper, tried to ask for refund but the email address is invalid! Fraudulent company! Coat is also terrible, as thin as a bin bag but advertised as warm and cosy! Also saw same item on Shien (cheaper there!) Do not buy from this company!

Terrible quality winter coat like…

Terrible quality winter coat like tissue paper. Advertised as from London based shop and then only return to London at cost and no guarantee of refund. Really disappointed not like the picture advertised.

I can’t review the product as I haven’t…

I can’t review the product as I haven’t received it!! Very poor service and beginning to think it’s a scam!
Order placed on the 7th Sept, shipping email received on 8th and expecting a 3-7 day delivery time.
It’s now the 20th sept and still nothing.
Several emails sent, to the company and no further forwards.
Do not use
I have found the information on the Lilah mae London home page misleading, it appears to indicate the products are Uk manufactured when in fact they are shipped from China! Well according to the shipping information if that is accurate?? Who knows with this company, automated responses to emails, no useful information on missing delivery, no product that was ordered!

Expecting this review to not see the light of day

Admittedly this isn't a review, it's an observation by someone who keeps suddenly seeing this site on Facebook. If it's been established since 2000 how are there only 8 reviews? All left within the last 5 days?!! The clothes look nice, the prices are too good to be true and trustpilot confirmed what I suspected.
