Wij gebruiken geen plastic materiaal voor onze clips, maar wij maken gebruik van acetaat. Dit materiaal is super sterk en heeft een mooie glans. Long wait times, good quality items.
EDITED: After a lot of back and forth, and more than a month after I made the order it arrived. Although it did not arrive with everything that I ordered (mistake in color of toiletry bags), Suus promised to help get me the correct products I ordered. Although communication was hard at times, the tote bag was very good quality. As a small business I am sure they will grow and learn from these complex experiences and hope to shop new products in the future.
