Subscription trap! Stay away, please. Very rude customers service. Was unable to cancel subscription and had to spend loats of time talking to bank, cancelling my bank card, not even mentioning loss of money. There is no option to delete your profile. Wish I would read reviews before I got involved with this "service". That's why I am writing this review so that you can learn from my mistake.

Obviously a subscription trap with no intention to provide an honest customer experience.

They will most likely respond to this review saying something like "It's not a trap" and/or "you did not read the terms properly when you signed up".. whilst it does state on their website that the service is a subscription, you are unable to cancel the subscription in the first of the three days.

What the seller failed to understand and did not have the grace to compensate for, is that the trial and the formal subscription are two discrete purchases. Whilst I used the trial to try the service, the service was not accessed or used after the three days. If a product is not used, in this case the full subscribed service, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. The seller does not recognise this and proceeds to generate a revenue based on the gamble that consumers will not take the time, trouble or cost to dispute.

Given the changes in the UK's EU membership status, purchasers in the UK do not have access to the usual EU funded consumer dispute resolution services. Therefore, any dispute will come at some cost and complexity.

This provider is taking advantage of this and of good natured, honest consumers. The provider is disingenuous.

Stay away from them and use an honest UK based provider.

Please, if you ever come across this platform - run. Do not, I repeat, do not fall for their tricks. There are no real listings, none I could see at least, yet I've been charged nearly £80 for sending 1 message to a fake seller on a fake ad and never received a response. This is a perfect example of a subscription trap service, where they make it difficult (impossible in the first couple of days) to cancel whilst taking as much of your money as they can. Even once you do speak to their customer service, they are extremely and purposefully unhelpful to again slow you down whilst they carry on taking your money. If what they're doing isn't illegal, it certainly should be.

You are taking advantage of people and clearly you are not going to admit that. What you haven't mentioned, is the small print that stops you unsubscribing within the "first 24hrs". As I have already explained to your customer service department, whether it is purposeful or not, this period extends far beyond 1 day as it has failed to cancel the subscription on 3 occasions when I have attempted to. A simple google search will tell you, it is a legal requirement for a service like yourselves to offer a cooling off period, in which you must not restrict cancellation at any point during the first 14 days as you do. Any other reputable and moral business would understand this, as well as the customers feedback, and view the lack of activity on the account as evidence of the discontent with the service you are providing. No matter how hard you look, there is NOT A SINGLE positive review above 1* anywhere online regarding your business. Simply, only, negative reviews reiterating my point. Now, my review is regarding your business conduct- why dont you fix your mistake and allow me to remove my review so there is at least 1 less floating around?
