I ordered what looks like a Free People sweatshirt. I have one from FP in yellow and ordered the black from this site. I thought maybe they sell leftovers or maybe it’s the same thing private label. No. I did receive a sweatshirt- not at all close to the original. Not same material (this was polyester) not the weight, fit or feel. They did try in terms of print. They would’ve been way better off to call it what it is- a bad dupe and use their pictures not FP’s. The price was less but not cheap enough. They did send a nice card so there’s that lol

Poor replica of the model on the photo

The dress that i ordered is not matching the photo at all. They refuse to return it since it was not covered under their "return policy", somehow only damaged shipments are accepted as return.
They reply to emails very thorowly and with human touch until you receive the shipment which was delayed for one month, although I have paid plus 15 usd for secure shipment. So do not be fooled by this sweet talk. I have photos as prove for the fraudent business of likemychoice products.

Terrible company and terrible customer…

Terrible company and terrible customer service. I cancelled my order within 30 minutes, yet they still shipped it and are now saying they “cannot cancel or intercept” the package. This is completely unacceptable and feels extremely dishonest. Customers should not have to fight to get a refund for an order cancelled almost immediately. I will never order from this company again and would strongly warn others to avoid them.

Answer Costumer Service

Initially, the dress did not arrive on the scheduled date. I contacted customer service, and the very next day they responded with the tracking number for my order. I requested expedited delivery, and they did everything possible to ensure it reached me as quickly as possible. The dress arrived in perfect condition! The fabric was spectacular, and the sizing was spot-on. I would definitely purchase another garment from this site in the future.

Don't buy from here

I placed an order on 4 April. The website states a 5-10 day delivery window for international shipping. Two weeks later my order had not been shipped and I was assured it would be 'marked as priority'. After a third week, still no progress. I was assured again. 25 days after my order was placed, a portion of my order was shipped. 29 days after placing the order, I asked the company to cancel the remaining, unshipped items from the order, as they would not arrive in time to fulfil their purpose. I was told that whilst it would be possible to alter the size or colour of the garment, the garment could not be removed from the order. This company has had my money for 29 days and I have yet to receive any of the goods I paid for.

My experience has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their reliability. The delivery timeframe stated (7–10 days) is completely misleading, as my order took over a month without any clear or honest update.

Misleading response and no accountability

After I shared my experience, the company posted a public reply that is simply not true.

They claim they received only one message from me which is false. I sent multiple follow-ups over time, and after a while, they stopped responding completely. I was also no longer able to reach them on Messenger.

Saying that my order is still “being processed” after nearly 2 months, with no tracking number or any real update, is not an explanation, it’s an excuse.

This is not about delays anymore. This is about being ignored as a paying customer.

Their response feels like an attempt to protect their image rather than take responsibility or resolve the issue.

At this point, I strongly question the reliability of this business.

At this point, I consider this unacceptable. If I do not receive either:

* a confirmed shipment with a valid tracking number, or
* a full refund immediately,

I will proceed with a chargeback and pursue this matter further through formal complaints and legal channels. I will also continue to share my experience publicly to warn others.

This situation clearly reflects a failure to deliver a paid order, and I will not stop pursuing this until it is resolved. This situation feels like my money has been taken without providing the service paid for, and I will not leave it unresolved.

Unwanted item from likemychoice

Hi,
I’ve been so busy that I haven’t been able to contact to ‘Like My Choice’ for ages, but every time I’ve tried, they’ve come up with some excuse. However, if they think they can get away with this, they’re in for a nasty surprise. I’ll say it again: don’t waste your money – the products are poor quality and look nothing like the photos on the website. And if you have a problem, not only do they refuse to accept returns, but they also deduct 90% of your money. By the way, “Like My Choice”, process my return and refund my money.
Note: They said that if I withdraw my review, they might refund 30% of my money.
