I ordered a cordless phone from Ligo

I ordered a cordless phone from Ligo, which arrived the next day.
I had difficulty setting it up, but Lewis talked me through and it was soon up and running.
I was very happy with the service I received from Ligo and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Good company.

Aided with a telephone extension…

Identified a telephone extension handset compatible with my old system (to replace a failed one); patiently helped me through setting-up and activating process (though with hind-sight could have been largely avoided had we fully charged the handset at the outset).

first on line purchase

This my first on line purchase for anything. I found ligo very helpful and they filled me confidence. They kept in contact throughout and sent details of what to do on receipt phone. It was delivered exactly as promised the instructions worked perfectly and I was up and running in now time. Thanks for a great experience

Delighted with our new binoculars

Delighted with our new binoculars. They are just as described, and the detailed advice on the website helped us to find exactly what we needed.

Communication was excellent and delivery was as quick as promised.

Logo provided us with excellent service and we would buy from them again

Excellent service

Excellent service. Well packed and quick delivery.
Alas sadly I had to return the phones, my error I hadn't appreciated the size of the keypad, with no gaps between the keys I found it too easy to select the wrong key. A return label was supplied and a small charge was made for the return. Again excellent service.
