It’s more than a year I am using it and my allergies are gone , specially the spring ones with asthmatic breathing!! My lungs are basically new , I also see a huge benefit in my BJJ and boxing activities. I recommend this product to my father as well ( smoker) and he also love it .

I have found Lignosus very helpful when I feel stuffy or like a cough is coming on. Also, when I'm a bit sniffy and have that nasty trickle in the throat, I find it helps that too. I’m also asthmatic so it relieves my asthma symptoms.

As an asthmatic runner with allergies, this 3 month protocol has helped me tremendously!!! My personal results were improved breathing and greater oxygenation in muscles, that lasted about 15 months. Worth every penny!!!

I have to be honest with my experience. Nice company but I’ve given this a proper go (over a year) with a year supply on top of another and have noticed 0 difference. Even taking 2 sachets a day. If anything sometimes it makes it worse in the morning. Still have 5 unopened boxes. Regret buying as I’ve literally noticed nothing.

I originally took Lignosus approx. 18-20 months ago with some skepticism as I have COPD and nothing stopped my cough. I now take a sachet of Lignosus every day and it has been like a silver bullet. No cough and I feel great. What more could you ask for??

5 years ago I had chronic lung congestion, and lying down to sleep, my breathing was always noisy- wheezing and rattling. I would wake several times in the night to cough up mucous. That has all gone! Still have a very small amount of phlegm when I wake in the morning, but so different from before.
I also switched from dairy milk to non-dairy but I think putting Lignosis in my evening smoothie is a big part of my healthier lungs.

I have been an asthmatic most of my life, and in recent years suffered from snoring. Lignosis has cleared up both, and made life more enjoyable.

This stuff never lets me down. I first treated my son with it after a 3 year post COVID persistent cough AND again his girlfriend, as she too had a cough that would flare regularly since COVID. BOTH of them when starting Lignosus developed a sore throat in week 1, followed by a chesty cough that just brought everything up in week 2. By week 3 it all stared to settle and by the end of week 3/4 cough gone and has not returned. I LOVE this stuff. So just make sure to stick with it! It will get worse before better. Seriously team, thanks for making an all natural product to treat and heal these health issues. Greatful :)

Hello. First off this is a real review, not a paid one, not AI just my experience. We have a 9 year old long haired chihuahua named Panda. Last year she started that awful hacking cough that I hear other dogs with. Someone said, " oh my dog has that we call it a backwards cough " so I didn't think much of it. It started to get worse so I made a vet appointment, then the next morning she was breathing very rapidly so we rushed her to the ER. They put her in oxygen and ran tests. Come to find out she has congestive heart failure. We have lost our last 2 chihuahuas to CHF. They didn't have the cough like she has so we didn't connect it. So they put her on Pimobendan and Furosemide but it didn't help the cough. I saw the ad for Lignosus for people and then saw they have it for pets. I hesitated cause it seemed to be for lung issues and hers is a heart issue. Her cough started to be getting more frequent so I thought what the heck Ill give it a try. The package said to give it a week. I swear to you I could see a difference in a few days. I thought it must be my imagination. I said to my husband, "don't you think she's coughing less"? He said yes. Well it's been over a month now and she definitely is coughing less. In stead of every hour or more it's only one or 2 times a day!! Of course that will mean less stress on her heart. So YES I highly recommend this product!!

I am a repeat customer of Lignosus . That means it works! Lignosus does help reduce the mucus in my lungs which gives me easier breathing.
I have CHF and this helps to keep my lungs from collection fluid which calms my state of mind too

There’s not a lot of help in Western medicine for lung inflammation other than steroids. I have tried other natural therapeutic measures with no lasting success.
Research led me to your company. Lignosus was my first try into the fungi world. I am very satisfied with the results. It has noticeably improved my lung inflammation.

I have been using this product for over a year now and I gave an early review after an initial month and said I would get back in the fullness of time. I have been asthmatic since a child and have low grade COPD,have had numerous chest infections and hospitalised in years gone by. Lignosus sachets have (I believe) assisted immensely in lessening effects from respiratory bouts. It doesn't of course prevent you from getting infections but it is a great support/adjunct to your prescribed asthma meds. Check with your GP if in any doubt. I have a chest infection right now and I haven't had to succumb to oral steroids or antibiotics. I firmly believe the 'tiger milk mushroom' is beneficial. There are always the sceptics and individuals are very good at saying "it doesn't work" (meaning it has not assisted their particular condition) I find Trustpilot invaluable for checking companies, products, allowing us to decide and as such I am glad that Lignosus is helping make life easier for so many worldwide. The delivery (I have found -and we are in rural Scotland) has improved significantly and my latest order arrived super quick.

I really want to say lignosus has changed my life for the better from coughing and wheezing all day and night to a calm feeling in my chest,suffering from emphysema I know my lungs are not functioning properly and nearly accepted that im not going to feel any better only worse,however lignosus has honestly been a blessing. As an allergic asthmatic, I always struggle to stop coughing & mucus clearance after a cold or chest infection & also have post nasal drip . I ordered Lignosus & from the first day of taking it, I had a calm restful nights sleep, no coughing, no having to sit up & try clear mucus. I honestly recommend this product.
