Great product and customer service experience
I had ordered my second large Lightwish swatch book because I was so pleased with the quality and format of my first one. After working on it for a short time, I realize that the bottom set of rings was damaged. I didn’t think I could return it to Amazon because I had already used it, so I reached out to Lightwish directly. After briefly chatting with Sammy, in a few days I had a replacement on my doorstep! Great product and great customer service experience.

Scam
Scam! I contacted the company as I’ve not heard about my order for two weeks. I questioned it they offered me a refund as they claimed their factory has flooded. I still haven’t received my refund and so I questioned it further and they are refusing to refund me.
Do not trust this company it’s clearly a scam.

Very good company. Fulfilled the order very thoroughly. Products are as shown in the website and very good quality. I wasn't able to track my order at first. I reached them and they were very reactive. I was able to track order easily after that.
