I would never order from this company again. recently I ordered two t8, type B, 18", LED tubes (bulbs) from them. They were poorly packaged. Even though there was no apparent damage to the box they came in, when I opened it I found both bulbs were shattered. I sent pictures multiple times to LightUP, as they requested, trying both jpeg and png formats, but they kept responding that either they couldn't open the files or there were no files attached to the email I sent. I tried many times, and blind-copied myself on the emails I sent them so I could verify the image files had in fact been included, but they continued to ask me to please try again. I've never had this issue before and eventually realized they were simply jerking me around and gave up communicating with them.

It may have helped some people but first of all it was super hard to use the website to find anything to use to revise, you have to make your own flash cards so not useful for last minute revision. The videos are basically what you learn in school there is no extra helpful information and not really anything much of use. Also in a video she said ‘if you was going to’ which while teaching English is not great. For me this purchase was a complete waste of money I had it for a few weeks and barely used it as I found no use from it. It may be able to help people but it’s information you can find very easily on YouTube, there is nothing special about it please do not give into these tiktok videos saying they went from a 4 to a nine the night before just from using this website, it is very obviously fake and I wish I realised that more, the pressure of exams got to me and I purchased a month of subscription and I really regret it so advice to the next year 11’s or parents of them, you can get more and better for free so do not bother.

Euri lights are very good, excellent actually. I’ve used both the Euris and lightup.com before, and I like to keep several of these lights handy. Lightup ships quickly and these bulbs last a long time. I recommend going with both Lightup and the Euri product.
