Awful! Awful! Awful! A real con of a company! Read all the rest of the reviews and don’t waste your time and money!
If you do not receive your product within 5 to 7 days, ring your bank and raise a dispute, you will get your money back straight away, and the bank will sort it out from their side , and take the money directly from them, so that is the best thing to do if this happens… seriously! Don’t let them get away with it!

Ordered on 9th of November. After 2 weeks still no item so i emailed them. I got a reply apologising and weasel an error on their part and will send out immediately. 1 week later still nothing. Emailed again and same kind of reply. I then got a despatch email but with details of a parcel that was delivered in June to a totally different part of the country! This site is a scam and avoid at all costs

Ordered on 9th November and still mid December not received! Despite being told quick delivery! I asked for a refund and was told no as item was shipped. Two cheap items arrived the main most costly item £65 I am still waiting for!!! Do not purchase from this website!!! I will be claiming money back through other sources!!

Order took weeks to arrive, I had emailed them with no response I had tried there home instant chat to be told they would be right back and never returned and to top it all of when my order finally came it came from amazon! I looked at amazon and the items were half the price I paid for them from there own site!!!!

I ordered the lights on 5/17. It has been more than 5 weeks and the lights are still traveling all over US. No Customer service or someone to call. Totally waste of time. Not worth the "discount"

If there were a rating for 0 stars then this company would receive it. The site offers free shipping within 2 weeks. I’m like the person who ordered on May 13 and my account was immediately charged and here it is June 5 and no merchandise, no apology, no customer service! Don’t waste your time! Use Amazon!
