Horrible customer service, No parts available.

Lightspeed prides themselves on giving an excellent customer service, but I am having a problem with my Zulu headsets (helicopter) and their answer is that, because it is the original series, they don't manufacture parts for them anymore. Basically, I have to throw my headsets to the garbage. So you can expect that the same will happen to you in a few years from now if you decide to buy any of their headsets now.

Lightspeed aviation headsets Firmware updates inaccessible.

Firmware updates inaccessible.
Grateful for any advice as the Lightspeedaviation App fails to connect to the headset for updating, and no updates for installation via IPad IOS can be found?
The glossy website simply gives a phone number for iPad IOS updates.
A link to download the firmware updates for installation via iPad would be great. Thanks.
