Still waiting
I ordered end November two lamps which were indicated as available. Received an email indicated that it will be delivered around 15 December and planned the works according. Guess what...still waiting. Contacted custom service and received a reply which was basically saying "sorry" and zero indications since.

Light shopping has very good choice of products with very good quality.
I was using them a few times and I was very pleased every time. I would give 5 stars for my previous experience but just 4 for the last one for small delivery delay with not enough communication from seller side. Although I had a very quick reply when I did contacted them. I also understand that in coronavirus time international transport from Italy to UK might be tricky
I ordered 9 products including large sizes so it was a huge box which I received opened as well as opened another 3 boxes inside the main box. i think somebody was checking content of the them but happily nothing was missing. Definitely I will use company again and recommend it
