I bought my son a Naruto hoodie size 3x well that is NOT the size of a 3X—it may have been a large, but my son is very disappointed as well as I am. Faulty items but managed to get a refund
This company is 100% a scam. I advise anyone to avoid them and save time and money. I bought something on the 7th of September and arrived on the 21st beside the fact that the items were supposed to arrive 5-7 days after the purchase. What I got was a pair of see-through leggings and a pair of shoes that smelled toxic. Neither of the items had a label or a box and when I asked to send the items back they informed me I had to pay the return I checked and it was £19 to send the items back to China. They also told me I should have marked the parcel as a "gift " What kind of scam is this? I am trying to solve the situation and get my money back and send them back the garbage they gave me but I won't hesitate to contact the International Consumer Protection and Enforcer Network (ICPEN) and to take further legal action. I really hope this is can be solved asap.

I have received the full refund. Glad everything was sorted but still annoyed I had to fight to get my money back.

Yes this company is a total scam! They sent me the wrong size jerseys,after months of trying to contact them ( they have no way of contacting them!).I through trustpilot wrote a bad review. Only then did lightinbox emailed me. The phony rep. said, send the jerseys back and they would send the right size. I sent it back to the return address on package (Chino,Ca) with return # and copy of packing list. months later still nothing!! They ripped me off!! THEY ARE A SCAM CHINESE COMPANY!! I've ordered few items on 2 Aug 2018 from Lightinbox Websit, until today I've not received my item and any shipping update status.
I'd contacted customer service, replied email said that check the their created a account for me (with password ), but when I loged in that account, I cannot found my order item list in ORDE tap, it display "You have no order on file."
the Items was there before the account created. I cannot contact customer service via their websit.

Rip off, dishonest, fraudulent practices
I ordered several pairs of shoes. When I attempted to return them by going thru each item and creating a "ticket" for a refund, the response I received by their customer service was to be admonished that I should have used their website's guidance for fitting. Although I DID go by the website's guidelines for fitting, none of the shoes fit properly. In addition, they were very poor quality. Their customer service department consolidated each of the "tickets" created for each item I was wanting to return into one ticket. They then responded they could not refund the items but could give me a 30% discount or a "rewards credit." I responded and expressed my frustration by saying I would not be recommending their company, that I now I had a box full of shoes I can do nothing with, and that although I thought a higher discount would be appropriate, I did say that I would take the 30% discount. I also stated that I would be contacting Paypal to dispute the remaining charges. They then responded by closing the one consolidated ticket, and referring me to a previously "closed" ticket, sending me into an endless loop of "closed tickets" and no way of contacting their company at all. So now I am stuck with a box full of useless, cheap shoes, and they have ignored their own offer to refund me 30%. Worst of all, they have shut down any opportunity to communicate directly with their company regarding the issue, which I find to be an unethical and fraudulent manner of doing business. I've done a lot of online shopping, but this by far is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. Avoid them at all costs.
