I ordered some products from this company on September 24,2023, and it’s October 11th and I have not yet received my order. I have tried contacting them, but no response. I wonder if this company even exists.
Very disappointed
This company is a total rip-off. I received damaged goods due to poor packaging and when asking for a refund I was negotiated with for a 20% refund. I sent pictures of the damaged goods and then was negotiated with for 30% refund. It would have cost me a great deal of money to return the item to China, even tho the item came out of California. Total scam! I then found the same item on Amazon for 1/3 of the price! Buyers beware!
Order# LFS00041678 was placed on 12/7/22. emailed company on 12/29/28, 1/12/23 and 1/22/23 with only delays of the order in be researched and they will contact me. The company did not refund the amount I was charged for the purchase order. I did report to authorities and filed complaints. They are thieves and liars.
