I can only speak for the purchase process. Hopefully I’ll not have to review the claims process. Site was easy to navigate & understand. Options were clear and well laid out & explained. Final purchase was hassle free.

Tom the advisor was extremely helpful. He explained everything clearly. He did not rush through the information and was happy to answer any questions I had. Because of Tom's exceptional customer service, I purchased the policy which was also very competitively priced.
Overall my expectations were exceeded and I would recommend Lifetime Pet cover.
