How many memberships you canceled I mean how many cancelled after the video came out

If i could rate 0 stars i would do it, this is the Worst Gym (bald manager) that you you can ever have in your gym!

The manager is unfriendly and dont care about what you'r doing in gym, he is busy with his political shittalks instead of leaving you alone to gym, BOYCOT THIS GYM

Lifetime is ridiculously expensive, so busy they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and the service is getting worse.

We started going here, asked all our friends to go here and the price was outrageous for a family of 4, about $453/month, but they were friendly, had great amentities, it was clean and it was a great place to socialize. 14 years later, they keep increasing the price, I am now paying $589/month, the service has gone WAY down, the trainers and people who work there are nice but tell us they have to enforce policies and really don't let anything slide like guest pass usage. You can only bring in one guest per month and the guest cannot repeat for the next 60 days.

My family got used to going here, this is the first gym they ever went to and now they don't want to go anywhere else. I will say, their locker rooms are among the cleanest.

The cost has now gone up to almost $600/month for my family of four, customer service has gone down, the machines are old and they are not updated, the machines are also not maintained well. The sauna timer in the Men's Sauna has been broken for over one month, there is two "low row" machines in the entire gym and one is not maintained so it pulls much harder and everyone crowds and waits for the other machine. Crunch, Planet Fitness and other gyms usually have 3-4 low row machines that are well maintained. Some of the weight machines, especially the white machines n the middle of the second floor of the gym, are chipped and rusting.

I travel frequently for business. My Lifetime is a Signature Lifetime Gym in Syosset NY. When I travel to other Signature Lifetime Gyms, they tell me theirs are the highest and I am not paying enough at my gym, so i cannot enter. I have to argue to go in and get a workout. When they do let me in, the manager (yes i can't get into other Lifetime gyms without waiting for a manager) tells me he is doing me a favor. $600 a month payment to a public corporation fsince 2011 and they tell me they are doing me a favor! Every Signature Gym says they are the highest in the country.
Tampa Lifetime is the worst. They told me I would have to pay $1000 to walk in the door to pay a new joining fee for that location and would have to remove myself from my family membership and pay $359/month for myself alone. I bought a Crunch Membership for $25/month, the machines are maintained better and I can bring another guest any time and as often as I want when i visit Tampa for work

Most of my friends and members are waiting for another gym to come to the Syosset area. Equinox is just as costly with less amenities.

If you have not started going to Lifetime, save your time and money and look elsewhere. Read their reviews before you go. The sites that let businesses control the reviews have high reviews. Real sites like Trustpilot and Google give it horrible ratings.

Terrible gym and there is something suspicious about the changing facilities. I will check better the next time I'm there. If I was a woman I would not go here. Very threatening staff and masogonistic behaviour. AVOID.

Life time !!!!! Theyseriously cancel someone’s membership just because of a shirt? And after he successfully checked in, you call the police and accuse him of trespassing? That’s beyond ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. What kind of place operates like that? You’ve lost a customer for good—i wouldn’t step foot in that gym again if it were the last one on earth. Unprofessional, discriminatory, and downright pathetic.

If I could leave zero stars I would, I watched how you’re manager lied and got someone kicked out of your gym and arrested, for speaking the truth, I find your establishment disgraceful and inhumane, I can’t believe what I just seen, you deserve to be shut down for good

A horrifying gym experience. Just seen a clip online where a guy was humiliated and arrested for wearing a shirt. The poor guy was arrested falsely for trespass when he paid for his membership. Wake up this is not isreal you cannot be so undemocratic and shut down free speech. Very dystopic
