Would not recommend!!!

Used lifestyle as there really good at selling you the “dream” but in reality you pay a lot more than they initially tell you so be careful.

After paying the initial 12k just to start there services (yeah 12k!) it’s all was ok getting a mortgage promise and finding a house, but then I heard nothing for months apart from a few updates from the solicitors.
Then once the property was mine I was told to pay the full refurb cost straight away, even though they not been in contact with me for week they suddenly emailed everyday!
Then to my surprise I was emailed a more in depth works sheet recommending I did another 15k worth of extras at well over inflated prices.

I would stay well clear of this company there only out for one thing.

Lifestyle Property delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their communication was clear, fast, and proactive, keeping me informed without any stress. The service was truly hands-off, making the whole process effortless. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, which gave me complete confidence. They delivered exactly what I needed and went above and beyond. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

I came across Lifestyle Property People after having a bad experience with another sourcing company that operates in the same areas as LPP. I was very cautious prior to the initial video call with Shiv, but after the call I felt reassured and decided to sign up for 2 properties. The team at LPP, Anika, Lucy, Jayne and Sarah are very professional and work like it's their own company. From Anika who explained the whole process and what to expect from LPP and always being on hand to help. Jayne for sourcing the best properties with the best returns and negotiating hard to get below market value. And Lucy and Sarah for dealing with the mortgage brokers and Solicitors and making it a truly hands off experience as well as providing me with weekly updates on the progress. A WhatsApp group with whole LPP team made it so easy to get question answered immediately. Everyone is an expert in their own field and you know you are in safe hands. For me my time is valuable and I wanted a company that dealt with everything from start to finish with very minimal involvement from myself and that is precisely what you will get with LPP. I am so happy with the 2 properties they have already purchased l have instructed LPP to purchase a further 2 buy to let properties for me. I have followed Lifestyle Property People for sometime as investing in property market really appealed to me. The whole process has really been made as efficient as possible by the whole LPP team who strive to take away the hiccups and admin that arises and to really focus on providing a quality service. LPP were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were diligent, helpful, and friendly. Unfortunately, our personal circumstances did not allow us to continue the process, however, LPP quickly refunded the majority of the deposit, only keeping a reasonable amount for the work that had been done.
