Scam Website- business in spain

Scam Website I unfortunately fell prey to. I have had to report to my bank as my delivery didn't arrive. I had a order confirmation email, all seemed legit. But then nothing about my delivery slot or in transit/tracking details. I tried to ring, but couldn't leave a message as the box was full. I sent 3 emails all with no reply. My payment was sent to a company in Madrid. Please do t use them I can't believe I did and I'm now waiting to see if my bank will give me my money back.

Scam website

A definite scam website. Was sent an email claiming to have misdelivered to an address in Surrey with empty promises to redeliver in a week. Oh but don’t worry they offered a smeg toaster as compensation or its equivalent value in cash. Scam, scam scam!! I now need to chase my credit card for a refund. Please for the love of god DO NOT Buy anything from this scam website!
