Quality difference between 2 boxes of chairs
1 box of 2 chairs were well made and easy to put together. The 2nd box were not as well made but OK due to the discounted price. Also requested Saturday delivery that didn’t happen so had to rearrange my week for a Monday delivery

Quality of the purchases is amazing
Quality of the purchases is amazing! I initially had an issue receiving a damaged item but it was immediately rectified and swapped out. Really love the chest of drawers and bedside table, purchase it definitely looks premium and it's affordable. Bought the dressing table and mirror of the same brand just before that and love it!

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, however the quality off the legs was very poor, all marked, dented, chipped.. etc… padding on one chair was poor. Stitching was good on the material.
Emailed and phoned and new delivery off chairs being delivered within 3 days so
One star currently, but this will change if all new replaced chairs are good quality.

Very bad service the shipments were two days late then they charged me extra money for VAT £75 Secon days I talking to customer service and trying to return the order but they did absolutely nothing.very unprofessional service

Ordered mirrored Tv unit arrived broken , sent across photos to the email address that I was told to do, initially I got a response saying photos received and they would be in touch regarding a replacement, I am still waiting a week later with no response to follow up emails ,

Took delivery of a Dining Room set of…
Took delivery of a Dining Room set of four chairs. The chairs were self assemble and only two of them arrived with their four legs and fixing screws etc. the other two chairs were marked and as stated they came without legs or fixings. Very disappointed.

Had an couple of small issues with item and Edna in customer service excellent in resolving and no quibble replacement .. again all delivery efficient and well managed
