Excellent Product & Service
I spend sometime looking for a blind for a bathroom refurb.
Looked at Lifestyleblinds and was initally put off considering them with a mixed review of customer experances.
In the end I put my trust in them though and I'm glad I did.
The roller blind they made me was excellent along with the customer support in chosing it.
They even changed the pull chain to black even though it wasn't an option.
I think maybe they went through a rough patch but have recovered so if your thinking to purchase new blinds go ahead with confidance I can highly recommend them

Best Customer service for a long time
I have bought 5 different no drill blinds on 3 separate occasions, each time they arrived as expected in perfect condition. They fitted the space snugly and have worked without issue ever since. Recently I tried to reposition one of the blinds on my own and dropped it, breaking the bracket as I did so. I contacted lifestyle to get a replacement and the service I have received has been above and beyond, they could have easily fobbed me off as it was all my own fault which I openly told them but I have had 2 different people contact me to resolve the matter. I will definitely use them again

Blackout blinds
ordered what were advertised as blackout blinds, but the material is cheap, flimsy, and lets in loads of light — absolutely nothing like proper blackout blinds. The fitting was also terrible and looked rushed and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I’ve contacted their customer service several times and have had no response whatsoever. No help, no apology, no attempt to fix the issue.
For a company that claims to offer quality and good service, this has been an awful experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding Lifestyle Blinds — save your money and go elsewhere.

Ordered £2000 worth of BlocBlinds
Ordered £2000 worth of BlocBlinds. No issues. I decided to order them one by one due to the negative reviews, but they all arrived as described within a couple of weeks of ordering. Naomi proactively informed us of the guarantee. I contacted them a couple of times for order updates and they responded in a couple of days. For BlocBlinds, they're much cheaper than the official site and are 100% legitimate products.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Previously, I placed two orders with them and the service I received was excellent. However this third order has been nothing short of amateurish, uncaring and frankly, disgraceful.
The order was delayed and only part of it was received, the slats, with the main mechanism nowhere to be found. Not heard anything now for four days and they are not replying to my texts. I will be taking this up with my bank. The order was placed nearly a month ago and I’m still no closer to getting it fulfilled.
The fact there is no way to contact them to actually speak to a human being speaks volumes, ironically, with all communication via text!
It does make me wonder if they are in trouble but, I most certainly will not be ordering from them ever again. Avoid, customer service non-existent
If you are after good customer service I would avoid. There customer service is on text message and on an adhoc basis and this was just to make an equiry. Even though they offer a phone number, it is automated. I wasn't able to speak to a human as they were unavailable, and when someone did get in touch via msg still no one was available to call me back at 3 pm on a Monday. What a shame. But seems I dodged a bullet here.....

Phone number doesnt connect to be able to order or query they will only take your number for a sales call and I suspect like others have stated ghost you if there are any issues. No phone number that connects means you cannot call for after sale support or issues rectifying.
After this quick experience of trying to simply call and order I dug deeper and found all this out which is why im heading to purchase elsewhere.

I placed an order on 13/6/2025 for which I have received a confirmation email for, but since then I have heard nothing, I have tried to call twice and could only get an automated machine, which I went through the options and on both occasions was told someone would be in touch, I have waited 48hrs and still nothing, I am now trying to cancel the order as it's obvious the customer service is diabolical and non responsive, I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all, I am actually wondering if there are any actual humans working there

Poor customer service and bug with…
Poor customer service and bug with their website.
I've tried to contact them multiple times over live chat, email and phone to answer a query about some blinds. They keep saying they'll find out the answer and get back to me. It's been 3 weeks.
I think there's a bug on their website. I'm typing in multiple sizes (within allowed ranges) on different products and getting 'This product is not available in the size you have entered' error messge.
If that's base it's out of stock, that's understandable, but unlikely given I've tried multiple blinds.
Customer service haven't answered that specific question either.

Replacement vertical blind slats for a bathroom
I purchased 20 replacement slats after receiving some samples. These were for a bathroom, so needed to be water/condensation resistant and block out light. I used the measuring instructions which were easy to follow. The slats arrived within 7 days. The quality is better than expected. They came with the weights already included and no chains (as requested). The finish much better than previous slats as both ends and weights neatly sealed. I definitely would thoroughly recommend this company.

Replacement vertical blind drops
I bought 22 replacement drops for an old vertical blind to replace the drops that had deteriorated.
Ordering was simple and they arrived within a week. The quality is fantastic and they came with the weights, chains and hangers. All for a great price. I would thoroughly recommend lifestyle blinds. 5 stars.
