I have never had a hot tub before
I have never had a hot tub before. I had a lot of questions. I called two times before I ordered, once to find out the exact electrical needs for this tub to pass on to my electrician, the second time to order the tub and accessories. Both times the people I talked to were very friendly, helpful, and patient with all of my questions.

I never thought it would be so easy
I never thought it would be so easy. I tried buying the same item from Home Depot and it took hours and finally said to Jacuzzis available
So I pressed your website for service.
You should put out in front about financing, lock pricing and financing scares the customer away. You had it, others don’t, but it took looking for it. Easy easy transaction. Make sure you bring tub all the way in the driveway otherwise it’s a pain.

Two Professional Customer Service Representatives
I was very pleased with the two individuals I interacted with both via chat and phone: Charity and "Chandler."
We have a unique off-the-grid residence in Pilot Valley, NV. Our driver's license has an APN number address, and we use a P.O. Box in West Wendover, NV to receive mail. Charity spent time following up with your organization's freight carrier to see if we could meet them at our drive or the USPS. Unfortunately, we will have to accept delivery at the freight carrier's SLC hub, but Charity followed up with a voice mail informing us of this fact prior to ordering.
Your website account would not accept our credit card - it kept providing an error message and deleting payment fields. I called and spoke with Chandler, and we finally had her directly order. The order was successful.
Both ladies were extremely patient and very professional given our odd situation. This does not necessary seem to be the norm in companies nowadays.
