If you fail a breath test, the ignition interlock device will enter a temporary lockout period for the first failed BAC test. Lockout times are set by state regulation. -
How much can I drink before I trigger a violation?
Tolerance levels vary by state but are extremely low. We strongly recommend avoiding alcohol entirely and checking personal care products for alcohol content. -
Can someone else start the car for me?
No. This is considered circumvention of the device and may result in fines or jail time. -
Can other drivers use the vehicle?
In most states, yes. Other drivers can be trained, but you are responsible for any violations.

I had alot of problems with the device…
I had alot of problems with the device not working properly.
False positives. Customer service was unreachable at times.
The shop that did the installation and calibration was excellent and made the whole experience alot better. They were very knowledgeable, had quick responses to any questions and helped.
I would give Myers Towing in Rogersville Tn an A+

Machines don't work
I literally just woke up to get my kids, and it's giving me failed readings and can't start my car. 825am what alcohol can I have consumed? Lol. These machines are screwy and decide when they want to work. Very disappointed.
