I have had the same experience as…

I have had the same experience as everyone else, signed up for $10 course, then they somehow got me in for a $79 trial. Total scammers.
Sent me one of the same messages below. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE.
And they talk about 'well being' Just horrible

The customer service is terrible


The customer service is terrible. I wanted to buy " The Art of Speaking: Connect Powerfully and Persuade Effectively" It was not a good course. I can barely understand the video. They promise you things via email and say they have a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied, but the product is low quality. They don't want to give you a refund. Instead, they try to sell you more things. Then they contradict themselves in the email. I usually buy a lot online, and this is the first time I've seen a company deceive consumers like this. They don't want to give me my money back; they just want to sell me more things. It's awful to lose the money. They tell me that their processing partner, STRIPE, can't process the refund. I will never buy from them again!

This is their last email:

SCAM!

I also purchased a 10 dollar course. I was immediately charged 79$ for a non consensual subscription. They then said they would refund the amount but needed to talk to their payment company called stripe. Weeks later they emailed saying that the company stripe could not process the refund due to technical issues. This is so frustrating.
Below, in their response they say they are ready to make a refund to me. This is a lie for the purpose of marketing, as they continue to tell me they will not refund.

Please reply again. We are ready to refund you means what exactly? You did not email me any further information. You maintain that I must take care of it through my bank. I don’t care if stripe will not issue the refund. You should send a check for the refund. You do not depend on stripe. You should also do this for every customer who felt the process was not transparent. You said we clicked on a box, but surely the system was not transparent enough if you have so many complaints. What have you done to improve your online subscription process? Please respond in writing.

I need to underline, that the payment for a subscription occurred after a week trial, not immediately. While purchasing a course, you also ticked the box to add a free trial week access to all courses. If not canceled, the trial renews into a monthly subscription after 7 days, according to the Terms of Service. You can opt out of the trial at the stage of the purchase or cancel it in the account settings or via our Support Team within a free week trial to avoid the payment.

I see your communication with our manager. Please note that your subscription was canceled immediately after you requested it and there was no attempt to charge a month's pay ($79), nor was there a month's pay.
We are not refusing to give you a refund. We have carefully described for you the steps you need to take to get your refund back In the reply email. We want to make things right between us and our customers. Please, follow the advice, on our side we're ready to provide you with all the necessary information that will help you in this matter.

Low value content & non consensual subscription

I purchased a low cost course and got a non consensual subscription afterwards which I had to cancel and could not be refunded. I do not recommend to invest on this platform. Low value content.

Most likely a scam. Paid 19 dollars and they're texting me on WhatsApp from two account. They're texting the same messages:

Jola Hebda, seems like you might have missed my last message.
Just a quick update: there are only 2 spots left for our practice session! Would you like me to reserve one of these last spots for you?
Let me know soon, so I can send you the exclusive link 🙋‍♂

And the other messages:
Sacrill: Jola Hebda, hi again! I noticed that unfortunately, you missed the last practice session. We will have lots of such events every week, would you like me to send you the whole schedule?

I just want to make sure we got you a spot at the Zoom Event. Do you want me to sign you up?

After answering to these texts they just send them again.

It was at a 90% discount, from 190 to 19 dollars, most likely to attract attention and get more victims to purchase their so called product.
