It does not work.
I took 4 scoops with the first batch I received and it helped my hypo thyroid issues. The second batch has done nothing to help me. My symptoms are back and I am suffering. I wasted my money.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Their “natural desiccated thyroid” does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I started out trying their little 1/8th tsp scooper 3x/day. I just took an entire tablespoon and ZERO EFFECTS. I’ve been taking it for a month. It’s bunk.
After an order did not arrive, they sent out a replacement and I received the product. They took care of this customer.
I ordered a product...they sent the WRONG thing, and now they are making me go through hoops to get the right one. I asked them for a tel.# and they won't give me one!
The Life Giving Store came to our store and purchased our WooCommerce UPS shipping plugin. The very first interaction that we received from the Life Giving Store was; “hi, i tried to make your plugin work but it will not. your entire process is pretty confusing. We have uninstalled and will not be using the plugin. Please refund. thank you so much.” We thought ok, we can help them sort this out and we offered to install and configure the plugin onto their business website [lifegivingstore.com], this mind you is normally a paid service, which we were happy to do for free. Also they had not activated the ExtensionWorks Licence key, which was a pretty easy fix. The reply we had from them was "We do not allow people inside our admin area." At this point we do not know how we can help? We are a little confused at this point, firstly we understand that every plugin is different and it may take a little time to get everything in place, read some documentation, reach out to the company where you purchased the plugin for support. Easy right! Well, next thing we know Life Giving Store has opened a dispute at Paypal stating the plugin was too hard to set up, their words exactly: "hi, i tried to make your plugin work but it will not. your entire process is pretty confusing." We replied in Paypal, due to the limited amount of text in Paypal, the reply was uploaded as a .pdf. The reply we had was "We will not be downloading the pdf file as it may contain malicious code", yes, we are perplexed now to say the least, if they think we would upload a pdf file into Paypal containing malicious code, mind you Paypal would be reading this file then GOD help us all! This is now ridiculous. So it goes back and forth for a bit and then the Paypal dispute is escalated. We really do not know why this ended up the way it did, going from a business selling plugins offering the very best customer service you could ever get. We really do hope they are a little more helpful and engaging with their customers buying products from their website, as we endured a very unpleasant experience with this business i thought, well, what can i do here, maybe i could just let others know our experience before purchasing or engaging with the Life Giving Store LLC.
People involved Debra and Joshua, although we had very limited interaction at all, they did not ask any questions around the configuration or set up of the plugin, the only interaction we had was the very first support ticket opened asking for a refund. This is not normal practise, most customers will ask questions and try and work through any areas they do not understand, ExtensionWorks works very closely with our customers.
