They contacted us to say they could deliver oil to us and collect dirty oil. We set up an account and agreed we would receive oil fortnighly. We got 3 times then received nothing for 2 months. I called several times, they apologised and said don’t worry you will receive oil on Monday. We were invoiced but got no oil. What’s worse we were being harassed to pay the invoice. When contacted them they said they had to close a depot and it was harder for them to get to us. Fine but maybe a call, email or letter advising us of this situation so we can prepare/source oil elsewhere. The guy was also very rude on the phone

They called my restaurant asking about our oil and our business. We declined. They sent us a sample oil we never requested which isn't uncommon. Then they sent us 60 jugs of oil and an invoice. Then they called asking when a good time to pick up our oil is and that we had a account set up this January. Which means he was lying and was trying to con us out of oil and/or money or they set up an account without our approval. When I spoke with their sales team there was no concern of accounts setup without our consent (illegal) or any mention of investigation to see what happened. They just said they would not contact us anymore. Unethical business practices.
