My experience has been great from the beginning. The sales rep, Adam, was very good. He clearly outlined the program then let me take some time before making a decision. I received th box of equipment within days, and today Joanna walked me through the set-up and testing program. Everything went smoothly and Joanna was very professional and patient. Thank you for all the help.

Terrible customer service!! DO NOT USE LIFE ALERT!! They take advantage of older people and when their product does’t work they make it a MAJOR hassel!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

Enrolling into the Life Alert family was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I just completed my installation of devices and feel so much safer already!!!! Ron assisted me in selecting my package. I recommend purchasing ALL the devices- I have the main unit by my bedside, an emergency button for the bathroom, a pendant necklace to wear around my home, and the GPS unit to wear outside of my home when out and about and traveling. The package arrived quickly and Joanna was on the phone with me immediately by my side as we installed all units and tested them together for readiness activation with Life Alert’s call center/home base. Both Ron and Joanna were very patient and caring with me throughout the entire process and this made me feel like a VIP. Whether purchasing Life Alert for yourself or for a loved one… Do Not Hesitate! Life Alert is a smart purchase. Easy to install and use. Great experience. Reasonable prices. Giving dad his independence still and had it with him even on the go. Natalie piazza was very friendly and knowledgeable on what we needed. Made us feel comfortable with the decision to allow dad to still be independent and let us know when he gets ready to move this will go with him.
