I participated in kickstarter with this company. I purchased three extra packs of sticker paper and none of the paper works. In addition, they never sent the photo paper as promised. I went to them several times and they lied about having a replacement program. They never had it and I have this printer as a paper weight. I refuse to buy new paper as they promised to replace the defective paper.
