Amazing service from the Keith Branch, who gave me weekly updates about the repairs to my car.

On top of the great communication (and reassurance all was going well), they did a fantastic repair job and a brilliant valet - what more can you ask for?!

I was involved in an accident where someone drove into the side of my car. L & I Eaton is the company that my car insurance used for getting repairs done. My car was sent to the Keith Branch. The customer service was Excellent from start to finish. My car was even delivered back to my front door after the repairs had been done and it looked just like new inside and out with all the repairs done to a very hight standard. All team members that I dealt with provided Excellent customer service and kept me updated throughout. Thank you so much again to everyone at the Keith branch for getting my car back on the road. I would highly recommend L & I Eaton Keith Branch.

I am very happy with the service I received with regards to my car they kept me updated on the progress and they collected my car from Nottingham and returned it cleaned and hoovered.

I cannot rate Keith branch more highly. From start to finish a perfect service . Picked my car up and returned it in immaculate condition. Hard to believe any damage had occurred. Excellent communication and updates twice a week. Only delay was outwith their control due to waiting for parts . Courtesy car was excellent a like for like . Pick up and delivery drivers were exceptional and arrived on time . Highly recommend this company.

Top quality repair and friendly staff. Communication was excellent, especially as the repair took a bit longer than expected due to availability of parts.
My car was collected and delivered efficiently, I was kept informed of progress, and my car was returned looking a lot better than it has for some time.

After being hit by a delivery driver who did not stop at a junction L&I Eaton at Keith branch took my car for repair. The man collecting my car was very polite explaining what would happen. I was kept fully informed of repairs and when car would be delivered. Car delivered as time given. I rate them 10 out of 10.
