I ordered a musical instrument a month…
I ordered a musical instrument a month ago. Throughout the entire purchase process, I was in contact with a representative from the company who kept me informed at every stage of where my order was. The instrument arrived packaged with additional accessories. My music teacher's inspection found that several notes arrived untuned and the ding was also untuned. I contacted the company, which did not shy away from responsibility and apologized. They offered me either to tune the instrument in my country, or to send it to them and they would tune it. I preferred to tune it in Israel at a well-known tuner, and the result was perfect. After a few days, they refunded me the cost of the tuning, which amounted to hundreds of euros. It's simply a pleasure to buy from professionals, decent people, who don't run away even if there's a problem. Well done.
