I bought AC/DC tickets and added the exclusive tour T-shirt, but no sizing chart was provided at the time of purchase through ticketek (which im following up). When the shirt arrived it was too small, so I reached out to the supplier.
Their reply was:
"Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer an exchange for a different size, as all purchases for this item were made-to-order and available for a limited time only. And as such, we do not hold additional stock to facilitate size exchanges. We understand this may be disappointing and appreciate your understanding. We hope you still enjoy your exclusive piece from the tour."
So basically, I paid for a shirt my son can’t even wear — what’s the point of having an “exclusive piece” if it just sits in a drawer? To make it worse, they’ve ignored my follow-ups, so I’ll be taking this further with the ACCC.
Pretty disappointing experience. For something that cost this much, I expected at least a proper sizing guide or some way to exchange. Instead, you’re stuck with whatever arrives. Think twice before ordering merch with your tickets, because there’s zero flexibility if it doesn’t fit.
