The customer service I received was top tier! I purchased the software in a haste and was having trouble with downloading it on my laptop. I reached via email and got an IMMEDIATE response. I learned that I got the wrong one. They were able to send me the correct download and instructions making the installation seamless, and now it’s working great! I had to reach back out just to express how truly impressed I was with the service. I would highly RECOMMEND them.

I recently purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Standard for my MacBook Pro and was amazed at how simple the installation process was. The written instructions were extremely clear, and they also included a step-by-step video that I could easily play and pause while following along with the detailed directions.

I wish all software installations were this straightforward. One especially important detail that was emphasized was the need to remove all previous Office programs from the device before installing the new version.

I purchased WORD from Groupon...it was quickly delivered with clear instructions on how to download it. Except like a bonehead, I accidentally bought the Windows version and I am running a MAC. I emailed them through Trustpilot and they immediately sent me a new key to down load WORD on my Mac. I was amazed how quickly they resolved this issue!

When i put the key in and nothing happen i immediately messaged license tom and David the Hero helped me install it fast and easy with simple steps.
