Long story, I thought I had been scammed when I had no contact for more than 4 days after purchase, turns out my mail server was rejecting their mail server, Juliette, one of their lovely sales consultants contacted me via a gmail account (which made my fears of being scammed even higher) & after a few backwards & forwards emails I have received 2 x verified working licenses, they even gave me a better package (not that I will use the extras) as they couldn't supply the exact configuration I had selected, but at the end of the day, I have more than I paid for & it works 100%. I will definitely be using this site again as the cost of the license was about 75% of the OEM website pricing. F-Secure Anti Virus was the product key purchased (3 years for 5 x devices paid for, 3 years 10 devices was supplied).

Very happy with the final product and the follow up service and assistance received from license.co. nz. I was apprehensive at first as I do not customarily purchase software on line and my initial purchase wasn't compatible with my laptop setup. Fast and legit, great customer service

I've never before had any problems with any licenses for any software bought from License.co.nz. I eventually had an issue with a Win11 license key and needed some assistance. It was resolved with the least amount of effort in record time. When I checked the system, the Windows was already activated without hassle. Thank you guys. That was the best and and most effective service I have ever had from any company. Special thanx to Kate Walker. Keep it up as this was impressive on a next level.

I needed to update to Windows 10 and found their website. After an initial issue with the download, Nora from their helpdesk provided an expert and prompt solution. I am very pleased with their service and recommend them to one and all.

They made it possible for me to buy Word alone when other companies would only sell me Office. I had a small problem with installation and they were very helpful and got it sorted out quickly

Purchased 5 Windows 11 upgrade keys. Not one worked. Follow up emails, chat bot interactions went unanswered. Phone number doesn't even ring, just goes straight to a recorded message saying person is unavailable, call back later. What legitimate company doesn't even have a voicemail?!?!? Given this company claims to have been in existence for something like 13 years and has millions of customers, weird that it only has 18 reviews!
