Thought I was on DVLA site and paid £57 will not reply to my E Mails just a scam.
Thanks for visiting Trustpilot. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to leave a review here anymore because the company’s website has closed. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Thought I was on DVLA site and paid £57 will not reply to my E Mails just a scam.
If I could give 0 stars I certainly would! i applied with this company online in May, naively convinced it was a broker in behalf of DVLA, only to receive a reply from DVLA in August informing me that they have nothing to do with this company.
In hindsight, I should have simply filled in a D1 at the time, but I have done so recently. I feel rather foolish and naive because I was convinced they are a bona fide company. I did send an email to this company as they said no passport photos were included, but I replied saying my friend does not have a current passport. No reply has ever been received from this company and there is no phone number to resolve any problems. I have lost my money-game over folks!!
How these scammers can get away with this beggers belief,They are nothing but robbers. don't know how they sleep at night, then i suppose they have no conscience's.
Foolishly , trying to quickly order a replacement for my
wifes lost licence , like one of the other posters I
instructed LicenceApply . - Big Mistake .
I thought immediately the cost was very high ., &
contacted them to cancel within One Hour .
Obviously as we have Now found LicenceApply are not so honest !! Although they boast 14 day cancellation , they tell me that it is too late .
Do not deal with these people it is not worth the hassle of having to get your money back .
I got an email from them out of the blue telling me that I had applied well in advance of my renewal date so I instructed them to cancel the renewal and refund any monies paid. That produced a request for my bank details which they should not need if they had already received a payment.
Keep well clear of Licenceapply IMHO.
licenceapply.co.uk are SCAMMERS who managed to con a family member out of nearly £60. He has mental health issues and would not have noticed that it was not a valid DVLA website. They are scamming vulnerable people out of money. I have written to them and told them the situation and asked for a refund but have heard nothing back. SCAM WEBSITE & COMPANY!
Quoting Joana, I had exactly the same experience
Be very careful. They use the Google algorithms so when you search "DVLA licence renewal" you think you are clicking on the official DVLA site. On their home page - in very small, fading font it then tells you they are not the DVLA but a third party who are charging you to process your application (at 3 times the actual cost). But your eye is drawn to the big blue "apply" button and not the small print you can hardly read without a magnifying glass. I've entered all my personal details on to this site and Barclaycard payment details, and only when I saw a Spanish payment processing address did I start to worry. I've requested a refund immediately from the company - who I expect will refuse - so then I'll have to go through the HSBC route to block it. I just only hope they destroy all my personal details as requested (oh the sleepless nights). I am not suggesting any fraud has or will take place - I am just saying that there is some clever misdirection here and buyers beware!!
