Everything was perfect, except that it arrived a little damaged
I liked my order overall, it was delivered pretty quickly and the price was good, but I was kinda disappointed to see that, even with the highest price of packaging you can choose, you have a pretty cool little bag for your book, but nothing to protect it during the shipping, so mine arrived a little damaged. Everything was perfect except that, but it is important to me to receive a perfect book if I buy it new, so that’s why it’s just 3 stars

I ordered twice on their website and each time everything went well. It can take a bit longer for your order if the books are not readily available and have to be transferred, but I found the quality of the service very satisfying overall. You can find rare books at a better price, especially when looking for English-language books in Europe. I recommend this website!

Fantastic customer service and fast problem resolution
I’m really impressed by how kind and efficient the customer service was. When the courier reported my address as incorrect (even though it wasn’t), I contacted the site and they immediately helped me. They got in touch with the courier directly, and everything was sorted out the next day. My books arrived soon after and in perfect condition! Great team and a very positive experience overall.
