Went to withdraw a small about of money from an ATM. Bank converted from my other currency despite me having my desired currency, and had an outrageous withdrawal fee on top, with both fees adding up to around 45% of the amount I have withdrawn.
Transferred 10K Canadians from a canadian bank to Libra (Romania ) , whilst the canadian bank didnt ask for any commission or fees on this transfer Libra took over 100 dollars in fees PLUS they did transfer the amount into a euro account even though I had a canadian dollar account in Romania and specifically asked them to deposit the money there . That was my last interraction with them . Don't reccomend
An utterly pathetic customer service, you’re better off elsewhere
A joke of a bank. they say that you should be able to open an account online, but it’s been more than a week and got absolutely no reply from them. stau away, there’re plenty of other better options
