I ordered a product from Liberty don’t have the product o the money

I ordered a product from Liberty Peptides and was charged for two-day priority shipping. However, when I received the product, I realized it was the wrong one. Unfortunately, there’s no phone number available for customers to leave a message. I attempted to contact them twice via phone, but there was no response. I then decided to email the company, and they promptly acknowledged the error and informed me that they would send me the correct product.

I kindly requested that they resend the product overnight since it was a mistake on their part. However, to my dismay, they became upset and canceled my order. They assured me that they would send me a refund, but unfortunately, the refund has not been issued yet. It seems that this company lacks a fundamental understanding of what customer service entails.

Now, I find myself without the money and the product I purchased. This experience has been utterly disappointing and exemplifies the poor quality of customer service that I have encountered.

BPC-157 GARBAGE

Bought the BCP-157 before my present supplier ran out. I use it as direct injection in my left elbow for tendonitis. After switching to Liberty i noticed some pain and it progressed over 3-4 weeks until it was unbearbale. My first thought was i must have really injured it badly. I decided to order from my previous supplier and within 7 days the pain was diminishing to the point i can exercise again! Then i went to finnerick to see that BCP-157 tests as "BAD". Go look yourself!!! Why would they claim to be tested and pure and send crap product to get orders. I wrote emails to get compensated as the $100 and they refused claiming their product is good and finnerick testing is flawed. I hate losing $100 but hate more being unable to workout for 1 month using a subpar product that doesn't work . For the record, i know how to dose and use the online calculator to use the correct amounts and it isnt a wrong dosage issue.
