I would say the chair is pretty nice especially for some with back issues .

Love the omni chair but these wheels are so-so for high pile carpet. They probably work better on carpet with shorter fibers but it was only marginally better than the casters the chair comes with on my high pile rug.

Because I have spinal stenosis, I have a hard time sitting longer than an hour. I finally decided to get your chair. It works great. I can now six for six hours without any pain. I especially like at the end of the day doing the massage mode. It’s taken a lot of pressure off of my lower back. Thank you so much for inventing this.

I recently had an absolutely phenomenal interaction with the customer support of Libernovo. I purchases my first chair and had to get used to it for a bit as it DID feel a bit like I was being pushed out of it (45mm carient). After a couple days however I came to love the chair and purchased another. I went a week or more without any updates or correspondence from the company so I wrote an email to see what was going on.

Evidently the chair I ordered was on back order. I dont recall seeing this anywhere on the shopping page and dont believe it was, but perhaps I missed it. Regardless, their support immediately emailed back the next day, rushed my order (I got an email confirmation stating my chair was shipping right after the support ticket was closed), and we're all around pleasant and quick to resolve my issue. For that alone I'd fully recommend this company and at least give the chair a try. After my "growing in phase" with this new chair, I can safely say I have nothing but satisfaction for going through and ordering a second.

Had a very good experience with their customer support. They helped with a missed delivery and then with the Omni return process, and the refund was issued quickly. I love that they have a video showing how to disassemble the chair and package it correctly. For the record, I ordered the chair off Amazon, not their website.

The Omni itself was not a good fit for me as the seat depth was too short, even in the 48 cm version. I know they are planning to release an XL version this summer. Otherwise, the materials were quite nice and the chair felt really comfortable. The recline and automatic adjustment of armrests are unmatched.

Ordered 3 premium packages - 2 to my mother's house and 1 to mine. The green chairs arrived timely, all tracking was up to date for them. The black chair though got mixed up with the foot stand. My mom was confused when the tracking stated a chair was delivered, and it was the foot stand instead. Luckily I knew what happened and told her. Still, I can see where that would confuse an elderly person.

These chairs are worth it though! My mom is in live with her chair, and won't let anyone touch it. My chair has helped my lower back immensely! 10/10 would recommend this chair.

Also, it helps to have someone available for the ergo fit, even though the instructions appear to be done solo. A second paid of eyes helps.

Packaging was great. Very straight forward build. Comfort is flawless.

I recently received my order in multiple packages and assembled it. Unfortunately, the overall quality does not match the price, and some hardware components were missing, which made assembly frustrating.

Delivery was split and a bit inconvenient, and the experience could be improved with better quality control and ensuring all parts are included.

My honest opinion. The company really has a great chair, and I tried it as soon as I assembled my chair, I have to say this chair would suit me at work since I am always office bound every day but at home it is 100% perfect and it really helps my lower back very much. I will be making another purchase sometime in the near future. Great chair product. Oh, nice how the company sprung the wheels on me. They should have been with the chair. The wheels are definitely needed.

chair is very comfortable. I feel like the version 2 will be perfect if the company is listening to feedback. That being said here is mine:
1. The seat is way to short. i when i am sitting up, i am on the edge of my seat all the time. Laying down is fine though.
2. The arm rests are a little too wobbly. very easy to knock them out of place. Also the controls on the inside of the chair are constantly being hit by my thigh. I am not an over weight, they are just placed inconveniently.
3. The leg rest doesn't have enough cushion. I can feel the plastic through the cushion. Not very comfortable.

What went right:
Headrest is great.
Laying back is comfortable and feels good. I dont feel like its going to tip over at all.

My biggest request. Make a chair length upgrade i can purchase. I just want a longer seat so bad.

Not only is this a great product, the quality is top notch, they spared no expense! A lot of thought and caring went into its design as well as their customers!

I have always had back pain while sitting (or really doing anything). But the way this chair can conform to my back is incredible. I have pretty bad scoliosis 2 different ways in my back, and have never found a chair I didn't have to put a pillow behind me until now. I have been using this chair for several weeks and just seem to love it more everyday. you will also thank yourself if you get the foot rest and seat cooler with it. both are definitely worth the money.

Its a great chair, i would have given a 5 star however, it did not come with a charger, only battery. Not sure how i am supposed to charge the battery when it runs down.

Worst customer service experience in my life. I have returned the items last year and went well into March, and I still haven't received the refund.

Unhappy with arm location of back massage buttons - I keep hitting them with my arm when I put it by my side.
Unhappy with seat height adjuster - mine simply doesn't work.

Considering returning.

This chair is the best chair I’ve ever used. I upgraded from a 79.99 tracer chair I got almost 10 years ago. I difference is night and day!!! Best chair I’ve ever sat in.

I ordered the chair with the full bundle (footrest and spare battery) on January 10th, I received the footrest and battery after 10 days but it is now March and I have heard no updates about the chair itself other than “it was returned during transit” but the tracking link says it has never been handed over to the courier. I was told this over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing about the supposed reshipment.

To reiterate, I have not received the chair or any updates on its shipping progress after 2 months.
