Fantastic customer service
I ordered a lovely dress which was a bit small but out of stock in the next size. I contacted customer service to return and on the off chance asked if they did have my size. They managed to find one and were super quick to get it turned round. Delighted and big thanks to Libby Loves for sorting without fuss 😃

The amount was £29 each so I am down that amount.
So very disappointed customer service is none existing.

I am really happy with my purchase and service received. I saw the Santorini dress in Peacock in a local boutique . They didn’t have my size so I went direct to Libby Loves. It arrived within a few days. The quality is exactly what I expected , sizing perfect and I just love my dress. I will be placing more orders . Thank you LL❤️

Very good service and fast delivery. The dress bought was the exact length which was given in the details. As some shops say the dress is a maxi then when it arrives it is a midi,so a very good idea putting length in the details.

Lovely dress
Dress is lovely , I ordered 2 ! One in grey and one in beige .. so comfy , I’m sure I’ll get a lot of wear out of them ..
I was a bit frustrated as I’d payed for 24 hr delivery as I really wanted to wear one of them for a friend’s birthday afternoon tea . Ordered on the Wednesday 16th march and the items didn’t arrive until Monday 21st . Not libbyloves fault I’m sure but when you pay £10 for delivery it’s disappointing !
However can’t wait to wear my dress/es now !
