I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality and durability of my Li-Ning Halberd Strike badminton shoes.
I purchased these shoes with high expectations because Li-Ning is a well-known and trusted badminton brand. However, after a relatively short period of normal indoor badminton use, I noticed that the shoe has started to separate from the sole near the side area, as shown in the attached photo. This kind of damage is unexpected for a badminton shoe in this price range.
My concerns are:
Premature separation of the upper from the sole.
Durability that does not match the reputation of the Li-Ning brand.
Loss of confidence in the product's quality and long-term performance.
Inconvenience and disappointment after investing in a premium badminton shoe.
I always use the shoes for badminton and take proper care of my equipment. Therefore, I believe this issue may be related to a manufacturing or quality-control problem rather than normal wear and tear.
As a loyal badminton player, I expected much better durability from the Halberd Strike series. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I feel let down by a product from a brand I trusted.
I kindly request that your team review this issue and provide an appropriate solution, whether through warranty support, replacement, or further inspection of the product.

Thank you for your review, and we are very sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with your Li-Ning Halberd Strike shoes.
However, after reviewing the information provided, we can see that the order ID you mention (LIN-154556) does not belong to our store, and we have never sold or stocked the Li-Ning Halberd Strike model. Unfortunately, this means that the product was not purchased from us.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the quality issue you have experienced. If the shoes had been purchased from our store, we would simply have asked you to submit a warranty claim, and we would have investigated the issue and, if approved, offered a refund or replacement according to our warranty policy.
Because the purchase was made through another retailer, we kindly recommend that you contact the seller from whom you purchased the shoes, as they will be able to assist you with a warranty claim and further support.
