Both of my coaches have been great. First, Lisa Corrado and now Laura Mays. Lisa was excellent in her vison and positivity. Laura has a great ability to convey her experience and practical applications. In regards to resumes, interview strategy and talent insughts.
The ability to collect data while in transition was amazing!
The LHH resume tools and personal meetings to provide guidance and feedback were extremely helpful.
Offered very practical and helpful sessions on the job search process. Everything from knowing yourself, building and using your network, resume prep, interview prep, and follow-up. Having access to a couch was very helpful. They even provide guidance on retirement or starting your own business.
Professional and personal support during the entire process.
LHH's coaches, resources, webinars, and research tools helped me navigate a mid-career transition into a new industry and line of work. Great partners for those facing job or career upheaval.
Denise did a great job mixing up guest speakers and group discussions that allowed us to get various perspectives while also allowing us to help others with what we've learned during our job search. For me I felt the "community" of job seekers and discussions helped me to keep the difficult job market search in perspective. With such a long time frame to get through to hiring managers and get that first interview it was easy to get down on yourself. But hearing other's stories and hearing from the experts about what was going on in the job market helped you to keep an open mind and to stay positive during your search. The job search suggestions and AI interview tools were also great, but for me the help in just keeping positive was one of the greatest attributes I found in helping me get my next job.
My 1:1 career coach, Robin Moriartes was very helpful and encouraging all throughout my time with LHH. Her expertise and guidance really helped to keep me sane and grounded after a layoff during my career transition.
Several of the webinars were very "101". LHH might consider a kind of "advanced" program/webinar offerong for those of us who have been on the job search for some time and have LI, resume, and I terview prep all already in place.
Ruby Gill was the main reason for this rating. Her feedback was always useful and full of insight.
The tools that LHH provided have helped me re-focus my resume and helped me get more call backs.
I loved my coach, Wendy. She made valuable suggestions which helped me land an even more high paying role than I had before I was laid off. LHH is what you make it; if you attend their workshops and classes and utilize your coach, you will be in a great position to find a new role.
My experience was great, as there were a number of classes offered by LHH, and the connection with my career counselor, who was amazing, made it even better!
Unfortunately, although my program has officially ended, I am still working on landing a new role. There are so many factors in the job-search process, and I am trying to remain hopeful that I will land my next opportunity soon.
My experience with LHH was extremely positive! My Career Counselor - Lucy Thompson - Was very friendly and professional, and provided great feedback & guidance as I sought new career opportunities during my career transition. Thanks, Lucy!
I felt that LHH really helped me revamp my resume and provide seminars to help with negotiating salary, networking, resume building, and just help with the job search process. The one on one career coach was especially helpful with giving tips and tools to help with interviewing and salary negotiations. Once I used the service, I received more interview opportunities than I did before.
In general the tools are good, from opening your mind about building a strategy to approach your job search, to giving you the tools to achieve it: Re-write your resume, improve your contacts list and especially the career coach with invaluable tips and conversations to keep you engaged and motivated.
Not helpful at all.
Just another Learing center but for job seekers.

Thanks to Heather I was offered my first new role for 15 years (after 28 years with the same company) and I am very much looking forward to my new career.
