Nice people to work with who made purchasing our home an easy experience.
Baltazar was awesome
Baltazar was awesome. He kept us informed every step of the way. I couldn't say enough about the customer service. Pia made it easy and stress free with all the paperwork. My husband and I have bought 6 homes between the two of us and this was by far the easiest experience of them all. Thank you LGI!!!
4/5 everything was great and easy
4/5 everything was great and easy. Only not a 5 star review because we couldn’t schedule the blue tape walk through with enough time for the things to get done before close. But that wasn’t a huge issue because David the construction manager has been on top of everything we’ve asked for since closing. Steven the sales rep who worked with us was great and very responsive during closing.
This person reached out to by the RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND CANT HONOR A simple REQUEST! HARASSMENT!!!
This person reached out to by the name of Alex! I asked them to follow up in a month. A few minutes later after plain text they had a women Michelle call me. They refused to give me and management"broker" info or even a manager and phone number! This is ridiculous that they can't honor one simple reason!! This is called harassment and emotional distress! Are you really that desperate LGI homes to not honor a flow up next month and calls me with in 12 minutes later. Why should I ever buy a home through LGI!?!?!? Desperate for sure!!!!!
Very Dissappointed! Deceiving!
Very Dissappointed! I first contact them thru their website 4 more information. I received a call from manager Richard in Jarrell, TX. He asked question what I am look'g 4. I told him I was interested on the Medina 1 story home. I told him we R 1st time buyers, veteran & already pre-approved. I wanted big kitchen, room large 2 fit Kingsize beds & 2 bathrooms. He told me he had 2 fit really well. So I schedule an appointment w/him 4 Sunday. He sends me a text 4 location 2 ask 4 him he was the only Richard there. I was so excited ready 2 buy since I did my research. A couple of minutes later I received a text w/a different name Darnell. I responded ask'g did I ever talk 2 U he said no. I told I wish manager would had informed me that he couldn't do it that 1 of his employees was going 2 help. (I said 2 myself ok)
I get there he explain the steps any questions & so on. So we leave 2 see homes Darnell takes me 2 a 2 story home. I reply I wasn't there 2 see that I am here 4 Medina floor plans. I have bad knees 2 climb steps. He reply doesn't have any. I told him what do U mean Richard said he had 2 for me 2 look at. I told him I don't like dishonesty & 1st impressions is everything 2 me upfront don't tell me U have this & wait 2 I drive close 2 20 min 2 get there it is a waste of my time. He reply I have one 4 U 2 look at. He gave me a key & how 2 get there. I saw it while video chatting my son. I go back & guy is busy w/a different person so never got 2 ask. I was ready 2 sign paperwork & see when R build'g going 2 start? It pissed me off 2 high heaven. R U kidding me? How rude?
Buyers be aware!! This just shows me how dishonesty they R, their character & integrity of company 2 tell U everything U need 2 hear over phone & opposite when U get there.
I wouldn't recommend them 2 anyone so sad. Heck No!! How frustrating? The Manager Richard should be ashame of himself leading people like that. I will post this on all social media 2 let people know how they treat clients.
Subpar customer experience
LGI could be a good economical house but it’s ruined by poor customer service and subpar house plans. They are good with timelines and closing the house on time. They are prompt in response and keep you posted on the progress of the build. The customer service is very bad. The manager of the shadow bend community in Anna talked as if they did us a favor selling the house. I haven’t had this kind of experience with any builder before.
CROOKS AND LIARS STAY FAR AWAY
My experience at Bunn Farms in Locust…
My experience at Bunn Farms in Locust Grove was devastating. It really made me not want to purchase a home with the company. My visit was waiting and then asking to get pre approved on something I had no idea or information on. The agent seemed nice but I felt she was discriminating against me of my race. I don’t think I would have been asked those questions or not given any information if I were white. The previous interaction with another agent was pleasant and he encouraged me to come see the property but I missed the appointment. I came by the next day to see the property and I guess they don’t like or take walk ins and left me waiting and refused to show the property.
Don't buy from them
Homes are build fast, having so many problems with the house from roof leaking, walls were never finished, power outlets don't work on outside of house. Trying to get ahold of a live person is impossible. By far the worse investment I have made buying from them!!
Terrible company
The sales people are pushy and make false claims. LGI has false promises they could not deliver on. The craftsmanship is awful and most of the subcontractors don’t care. We only had two who were polite. LGI is slow to fix concerns and truly does not care about the homeowner. They want to do things on their time and have no respect. LGI is a terrible company and the leadership is rude and disrespectful. LGI and the contractors are nonsensical and it is all very unacceptable. We are very disappointed in them and this is our first home. We advise you to not buy with LGI. It may look decent from afar, but when you get close up and look, you will see all the imperfections. LGI and the city had issues too.
Integrity IS SO Important! I would like to thank Jimmy and Kevin…
I would like to thank Jimmy and Kevin from LGI Construction for listening to my concerns regarding my house and taking action to correct the issues. Jimmy, thank you for your personal oversite in getting issues corrected, I really appreciate you! I would also like to thank Amin in the sales office and I want you to know I really appreciate you too. All of these gentlemen demonstrated LGI's top 3 values which are Exceptional Customer Service, Integrity, and Ethical Behavior. LGI can take a lesson from these 3 employees and make sure that all employees are aligned with the company values...especially Integrity!
Best experience ever
Dee was a great sales rep. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. All of my questions were answered. I've definitely recommended LGI to my friends
Second home
LGI homes was very professional in the search and purchase process of our home.
Horrible customer service
Stating that they use good quality products and 100% structural elements. They came during the 11 month warranty to fix sheet rock separation and issues with entrance garage door, front door and backyard door. Within the 11 month sheet rock separation kept on coming back. They came 3 to 4x to fix the separation in the same area and half our home the sheet rock separated. I’ve placed multiple work orders even after the warranty due to same areas issues came back. At this point there’s a known issue with either foundation or structural but now they are refusing to fix even though there’s record of the issue coming back. I’m very upset that we now have to set an appointment with 210 builder for them to come in and anaylize our property which we have to pay out of pocket.
Great experience
Great experience, great quality homes at a competitive price, I wish financing and interest rates were better but that’s not their fault.
Easy and hassle free process
