Unprofessional Delay & Zero Transparency

Ordered with a confirmed shipping date listed on the product page, but my order has been delayed indefinitely. The customer service only responds with generic "be patient" replies, refusing to explain the reason for delays or provide any revised timeline. This lack of transparency and accountability makes customers feel disrespected. Businesses should honor their commitments or at least communicate proactively. I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism from a major retailer.

Bought an LG Dishwasher from LOxxx and…

Bought an LG Dishwasher from LOxxx and 18 months later the unit started screaming. Yes, loudly when operating. Unit has only 1 yr warranty. The one part replacement is as costly as buying a new unit. Let's not take into consideration the LABOR of the repair. No more LG products for me and my wife. Same happened with our 55 inch TV. 23 months later, the HD TV crapped out. JUNK PRODUCTS

Nonexistent customer service

I had an extremely bad experience with LG’s customer service. I purchased a washing machine, dryer, and stacking kit in December 2024. The delivery company took back the stacking kit as I changed my mind, but the return was never processed or acknowledged. Instead, they sent me the kit again in January.
After multiple follow-ups, they finally sent me a return label in February. Every time you contact them, they promise you’ll hear back soon—but that “soon” never comes unless you chase them repeatedly. We are in March now, let's see how long it takes to get the money back!
I strongly advise against buying anything directly from their website. In fact, I’d recommend choosing a different brand altogether. Even dealing with a simple issue turns into a nightmare, wasting an absurd amount of time. I can’t return the washing machine now, but honestly, I will never buy anything from LG again just to avoid their nonexistent customer service.

LG Uses A Terrible Company For the Delivery

I had the unfortunate event of working with Dynalogic because I ordered a drying machine from LG. They said they were going to come on Tuesday and as I work full-time I took an off-day from my job. I was waiting in the home, with my phone in my hand checking the map continuously to see when my order was going to be delivered. All of a sudden, the status updated to client was not aware. Since they don't have a customer service reachable by phone I wrote to their Whatsapp channel and explained the situation. They told me that the delivery person came but the client was not aware of the delivery? First of all, how does someone order a drying machine and not know about it? Didn't this ring any bells? The delivery person didn't even check if he went to the right address, didn't even try to call. I don't even think he even went to any address and rang the bell. He probably was running late and just skipped me. Afterwards, I told the customer service personnel I had to take a leave and it has to be delivered today, I wanted them to compensate for their own mistake. She told me there is nothing she can do. After a while of complaining, she agreed to call the delivery person. Then I received a call from the delivery person, and he claimed he rang the bell but I didn't answer. This is both not possible and not what he put in the system (as it was client not aware). Then he said he won't be coming regardless of the inconvenience he caused. after I told I will have to create a complaint with LG he said whatever it's good like he is mocking, as he knows the company does not care and do anything to prevent from their employees behaving this way. This cost me more than 200 euros as I can sell these leave days. Terrible service, I hope LG will stop working with this company.
