Delivery not respected

I ordered a kitchen appliance on Jan. 1st. Expected delivery was on jan. 8. Today, in Jan. 9 Is haven't heard anything and I reached out to customers support. The answer? Just wait.

The website doesn't work properly

The website doesn't work properly. I can't see any product in any product category selected. I don't know what's wrong. I suppose LG shadowbanned some Italian providers. It makes no sense. Customer support is very bad. I reached to customer support 4 times. 3/4 they replied with useless things and just made me loose time. One person was actually decent and seem like he understood the problem even tho he was not able to help me. I can't buy anything from this website cause they don't allow me. Mind blowing
